Cecilia Freccero
I am María Cecilia Freccero, a specialist in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology, focused on transforming how companies connect with clients and teams. Throughout my career, I founded Eclipse, a Digital Marketing Agency, later evolved into Eclipse Experience, a comprehensive Marketing and Strategic Business consulting firm, and co-founded Wit Advisor, a real-time CX and EX system powered by AI, internationally recognized.
I have been recognized by Google, the IDB, and IAE in various competitions and was selected as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador.
I currently advise companies looking to scale commercially in the U.S., combining marketing strategy, technology, and human experience. I am also an international speaker and author of the book “Boost Your Business Success with Customer Experience Marketing.”
