Cecilia Freccero
I’m María Cecilia Freccero, a specialist in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology, focused on transforming how companies connect with customers and teams. Throughout my career, I founded Eclipse, a digital marketing agency; later launched Eclipse Experience, a full-service marketing and strategic business consulting firm; and co-founded Wit Advisor, a real-time CX and EX platform powered by AI and internationally recognized.
I have been recognized by Google, the IDB, and IAE in various competitions and was selected as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador.
I currently advise companies looking to scale commercially in the U.S., combining marketing strategy, technology, and human experience. I am also an international speaker and author of the book “Boost Your Business Success with Customer Experience Marketing.”

- Director of Eclipse Agency (2004 – Present): Agency specialized in digital marketing, focused on customer acquisition and retention through Google and Meta Ads campaigns, as well as SEO.
- Co-founder of Eclipse Experience (2022 – Present):
Consulting firm specialized in marketing strategies, digital transformation, and customer experience. - Co-founder of Wit Advisor (2018 – Present): Innovative AI-based platform to optimize CX and EX management.
- Google Women Techmakers Ambassador: Promoting female leadership in technology and digital transformation.
- Mentor in programs such as NAVES USA, WISE, and MET: Supporting entrepreneurs and business owners in their commercial growth.
- Instructor at the Ibero-American Business Academy and former professor at Universidad del Salvador (USAL), Argentina. Teaching about marketing, sales, CX, and business digitalization.
