Este evento reuni\u00f3 a expertos de toda Latinoam\u00e9rica para compartir miradas estrat\u00e9gicas y reales sobre los nuevos desaf\u00edos de la experiencia del cliente (CX) y la experiencia del empleado (EX) en nuestra regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">En mi charla, abord\u00e9 <span class=\"s1\"><b>c\u00f3mo medir e integrar CX y EX<\/b><\/span> en las organizaciones, mostrando el impacto directo que esta alineaci\u00f3n tiene en la productividad, la rentabilidad y la sostenibilidad de los negocios. Compart\u00ed <span class=\"s1\"><b>metodolog\u00edas concretas<\/b><\/span> para medir ambas experiencias de forma conjunta, entendiendo que cuando una organizaci\u00f3n <span class=\"s1\"><b>escucha, analiza y act\u00faa<\/b><\/span> sobre lo que viven sus clientes y colaboradores, se generan mejoras reales en procesos internos y conexi\u00f3n emocional externa. Hablamos sobre <span class=\"s1\"><b>c\u00f3mo dejar de ver el CX y el EX como esfuerzos aislados<\/b><\/span>, y sobre la necesidad de <span class=\"s1\"><b>integrarlos estrat\u00e9gicamente<\/b><\/span> para construir empresas m\u00e1s humanas, \u00e1giles y orientadas a las personas. Tambi\u00e9n mostr\u00e9 c\u00f3mo el uso de <span class=\"s1\"><b>herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas<\/b><\/span> and <span class=\"s1\"><b>soluciones de inteligencia artificial<\/b><\/span> permite hoy medir en tiempo real la experiencia vivida, transformar datos en insights valiosos, y tomar decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas basadas en evidencias.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Agradecimiento<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Quiero agradecer especialmente a <span class=\"s1\"><b>Diana Ospina (@dianaospina18)<\/b><\/span> y a todo el equipo de <span class=\"s1\"><b>@midelafelicidad<\/b><\/span> por la invitaci\u00f3n y por generar un espacio tan enriquecedor, lleno de di\u00e1logo genuino y experiencias reales.
