CX Metrics."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">El pasado <span class=\"s1\"><b>20 de agosto del 2020<\/b><\/span>, tuve el honor de participar como speaker en el webinar <span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cC\u00f3mo Transformar la Gesti\u00f3n Comercial Integrando Marketing, Ventas y Experiencia del Cliente\u201d<\/b><\/span>, un encuentro en el que exploramos c\u00f3mo las empresas pueden evolucionar sus modelos de crecimiento a trav\u00e9s de una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica e integrada de sus \u00e1reas clave.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">En esta ocasi\u00f3n, compart\u00ed panel junto a <span class=\"s1\"><b>Cecilia Hugony<\/b><\/span>, experta en Customer Experience y fundadora de <span class=\"s1\"><b>RealCX<\/b><\/span>, en una charla donde profundizamos en c\u00f3mo <span class=\"s1\"><b>alinear marketing, ventas y experiencia del cliente (CX)<\/b><\/span> en una misma direcci\u00f3n, dejando atr\u00e1s los enfoques fragmentados que muchas veces limitan el crecimiento organizacional.
